Welcome to J Shop – All In Online’s terms and conditions section. Before assessing the terms & conditions please note that terms & conditions might change anytime. Therefore, please check the terms & condition every time you place an order.

Pricing policy:

  • All our product prices are exclusive of VAT.
  • All offer prices are temporary and limited to a certain period that mentioned on the offers. Offer price will be eligible since the item is in stock. J Shop – All In Online can change or modify any offer price, title or description at anytime any moment.
  • Price of a product might vary in our other stores and website due to special offers and availability or for any other specific reasons.
  • Technical error in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such situation, J Shop – All In Online has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Order Policy:

  • Order is possible for available items only.
  • Order placed before 06.59 pm will be processed for shipping on the same date the order placed. Order placed after 07.00pm will be processed for shipping on the next date the order placed from.
  • Paid orders and Cash On Delivery orders cannot be cancelled after shipping to the courier company. The orderer have to pay the shipping charge to cancel that order. The orderer doesn’t have to pay the shipping charge for Shipping Free/Delivery Charge Free mentioned item.
  • Considering the health & hygenie aspects, item like undergarments(underware, panty) are not eligible for exchange. Before completing order, please choose the exact size that fits you.

Shipping Policy:

 We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

  • We are currently shipping to all areas within Bangladesh.
  • On Express Delivery(only for dhaka): It is currently taking from 6 hours to maximum 12 hours to deliver at your home inside Dhaka city. Please note that, express delivery is now available only in Dhaka City. Delivery fee for express delivery is 100 taka since 1kg weight item. 20 taka per kg extra charge will be added after 1kg of weight. 
  • On Regular Delivery(Inside Dhaka City): It is currently taking from 12 hours(1/2 day) to maximum 72 hours(3 days) to deliver at your home inside Dhaka city. Delivery fee for regular delivery is  for (inside dhaka: 50 taka since 150gram; 60 taka since 500gram and 70 taka since 1kg weight item). 20 taka per kg extra charge will be added after 1kg of weight.  
  • On Regular Delivery(Inside Dhaka City Sub Urban): It is currently taking from 24 hours(1 day) to 48 hours(2 days) to deliver in sub-urban(Ashulia, Dhamrai, Dohar, Hemayetpur, Keraniganj, Nawabganj, Savar) cities. Delivery fee for regular delivery is  for (inside dhaka sub-urban: 100 taka since 1kg weight item.) 20 taka per kg extra charge will be added after 1kg of weight. 
  • On Regular Delivery(Outside Dhaka City): It is currenty taking 24 hours(1 day) to maximum 96 hours(4 days) to deliver at anywhere in Bangladesh. Delivery fee for regular delivery is  for (outside dhaka: 110 taka since 500gram and 130 taka since 1kg weight item.) 20 taka per kg extra charge will be added after 1kg of weight.
  • After making a average of upper four kinds of rates we kept the final delivery charge for Inside Dhaka is 60 tk and Outside Dhaka is 120 tk. And Sub Urbans are considered as Inside Dhaka. And rate of  the Express Delivery kept same.
  • Shipping of all orders are completed by a third party courier company. So, the shipping time mentioned earlier can be more sooner or later for specific reasons caused by the courier company.

Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.

Color Inconsistency:

We have tried our best to portray the accurate color of the products on website. However, still customers might experience color inaccuracy due to monitor discrepancies.

Information Inconsistency Disclaimers:

The website might display inaccurate information regarding product price, availability, pictures, size & color at times due to technical malfunctions. J Shop – All In Online reserves the authority to correct & update that information from time to time.
